Roll Call Launches New Multimedia Page

Washington, D.C. (June 2, 2015) – CQ Roll Call announced today the launch of a new, comprehensive multimedia page to display photos, videos and live-stream events in a streamlined presentation. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, the multimedia page will be the destination on for breaking news videos and photos, available faster than ever before.

“Roll Call has evolved from being just a newspaper to showcasing the ins and outs of Congress on every platform there is,” said Christina Bellantoni, editor-in-chief of Roll Call. “This new multimedia page allows us to show off our very best work — from the award-winning images from Bill Clark and Tom Williams, to creative and original video projects like Hits and Misses from J.M. Rieger. We’re thrilled to have one place where loyal readers who know we focus on the community of Capitol Hill can see all the ways we cover Congress.”

The new page will showcase the more than 100,000 news photos from the extensive Roll Call photo archive, along with breaking news photos from our award-winning photographers on Capitol Hill, in the Washington D.C.-area and on the campaign trail.

In addition, readers will be able to find live-stream presentations of key Capitol Hill hearings; special events featuring the Roll Call editorial team, such as the Election Day and State of the Union coverage; and original content, like the weekly Hits and Misses from Congress.
