Title:
National Association of Social Workers

Author:

Description:
The National Association of Social Workers (NASW) organized over 500 social workers for the January 21, 2017 Women’s March on Washington and many more in marches across the country. This picture is a group of individuals who managed to find the NASW staff at the March. We were standing near a Metro station and as people ascended the escalators you could hear cheers. Our Social Workers for Social Justice signs garnered cheers as well. NASW has followed up our March efforts with appeals for marchers to join our Advocacy Listserv and connect with their chapters.
